The 24th annual Upper Gulf Coast Grain Handlers Conference will be held on Thursday, January 19, 2017 at the El Campo Civic Center. Kicking off with registration at 8:00am the program will begin at 9:00am and should conclude around 4:00 pm. A catered lunch will be provided.
