A 2-day Certified Food Manager’s Training will be held in Edna on February 12 and 13 with the ANSI-CFP Accredited Certified Professional Food Manager Exam (CFM) ServSafe being proctored on day 2 of the training. Upon passing the certification exam, you will fulfill state requirements for Certified Food Manager status. Cost is $125.00 and includes book, study materials, and the test fee.
