Auxin herbicide trainings offered June 2nd and 3rd – Wharton By Corrie Bowen County Extension Agent Wharton County The Texas A&M AgriLife Extension Service – Wharton County Office will offer the annual Auxin Specific Herbicide Training June 2nd and June 3rd, 2021.  This is an annual training and certifies attendees to use approved auxin formulations for the 2021 growing season.  The 1 hour training will educate applicators on the requirements and practices for keeping these auxin herbicides on-target, and will satisfy the updated auxin herbicide specific training requirements.

Reminder: Upper Gulf Coast Feed Grain and Cotton Conference next week, January 26

I’m sending this out as a reminder that the Wharton County Row Crops Committee and Texas A&M AgriLIfe Extension will be hosting our annual Feed Grain and Cotton Conference next week, on January 26th. Unlike past years, this year we’re having to hold our conference online, via Zoom.
