Agent Corrie Bowen recently received the 2017 Distinguished Service Award from the National Association of County Agriculture Agents during their Annual Meeting and Professional Improvement Conference held in Salt Lake City, UT. This award is given to Agents with more than 10 years of service in Cooperative Extension and have exhibited excellence in the field of Extension Education. It’s that time of year again to celebrate our youths’ achievements! The Wharton County 4-H Annual Awards Banquet will be held Thursday, August 10 at 6:00 p.m. at WCYF Crescent Hall.
